Who we are & what we do

We are a music academy -

We are a Music Academy based in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex that offers various private lessons including Guitar, Drums, Ukulele, Piano, Bass, and Vocal lessons.

We also offer classroom-style classes such as modern band and music production.

We have found that students learn best when practicing the songs they know and love to build a lasting relationship with their instrument. At the same time, the students learn the fundamentals of their instrument and move on to more advanced skills within their instrument.

Zaden Lawson
President/Lead Instructor
  • Graduate of the DFW Performing Arts Conservatory with a comprehensive background in vocal and instrumental performance.
  • 18 years of experience in music, including performance, instruction, and collaboration across a wide range of genres and settings.
  • Featured performer at venues including DFW International Airport, Levitt Pavilion, and Disney and Universal Studios; also opened for renowned artist Stoney LaRue and performed extensively throughout the DFW Metroplex.
  • 5 years of professional studio and live experience as a drummer, singer, and guitar player

Brandon Broussard
Instructor
  • Extensive gigging experience across diverse genres including jazz, rock, blues, country, classical, electronic, gospel, CCM, and pop music
  • Over 12 years of experience instructing bass, guitar, and Ableton Live 
  • Over 12 years of experience performing and recording in both live and studio settings across multiple instruments
Gabe Bueno

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing
  • Over 7 years of hands-on experience in audio engineering and editing
  • 5 years of teaching experience in music education
  • Years of professional work as a studio musician and singer
Harlan Lawson
Instructor
  • Graduated from DFW Performing Arts Conservatory
  • 3+ years of experience as a recording artist and Music Producer
  • Performed many shows across DFW and LA
  • Executive Producer of over 10 albums and has created video content for a variety of purposes including music videos
Matthew Ramsey
Instructor
  • Experienced in both live performance and studio recording environments
  • Over 15 years of drumming experience across multiple styles and settings
  • Performed in numerous live shows over the past 6 years with various bands
  • Professionally trained in drum line and jazz band performance
Michelle Kirby
  • Over 40 years of experience in music education, specializing in piano, voice, and music theory instruction.
  • Recipient of numerous awards in piano, vocal, and music theory competitions
  • Degree in Music Education from Tarleton State University, with continued professional development throughout my career.
  • Extensive professional background performing and directing music for churches and various other organizations.
Titus Kirby
  • Over 25 years of guitar performance experience, including 10+ years playing live in the DFW music scene and 5 years of active touring across the US
  • Graduated from Mediatech with a focus on audio engineering and music production
  • Written, recorded, and produced songs that have collectively amassed millions of streams
  • Experienced recording, mixing, mastering engineer, producer, and songwriter for emerging bands and artists
